BEIJING-- The high-performance, inexpensive expert system design launched recently by Chinese startup DeepSeek has created a wave of around the globe. DeepSeek-R1 appears to use performance that competitors options from the U.S., bybio.co however the company states it was developed at less than a tenth of the cost of those designs.
