You might be qualified for employment an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of amazing capability, are an exceptional teacher or researcher, or are a particular international executive or manager. Each occupational category has specific requirements that should be met:
Your petitioning employer must be a U.S. company and plan to use you in a supervisory or executive capacity. - Evidence that your work has been displayed at creative exhibits or showcases
- Evidence of your efficiency of a leading or vital function in distinguished organizations
- Evidence that you command a high wage or other substantially high reimbursement in relation to others in the field
- Evidence of your commercial successes in the carrying out arts

** Examples of Documentary Evidence That an Individual is an Impressive Professor employment or Researcher
In order to show you are an exceptional teacher or researcher, you need to include evidence of 2 of the 6 listed criteria below (or similar evidence if any of the requirements do not easily apply):
- Evidence of receipt of significant rewards or awards for impressive accomplishment
- Evidence of subscription in associations that require their members to demonstrate exceptional accomplishment
- Evidence of published material in expert publications written by others about the alien's operate in the scholastic field
- Evidence of involvement, either on a panel or separately, as a judge of the work of others in the same or allied scholastic field
- Evidence of original scientific or academic research study contributions in the field
- Evidence of authorship of scholarly books or posts (in academic journals with worldwide flow) in the field

Application Process
Extraordinary Ability: You may look for yourself by submitting a Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.
Outstanding Professors and Researchers: Your U.S. company must file a Form I-140, employment Petition for Alien Worker. As part of the application procedure, your employer must have the ability to demonstrate a continuing capability to pay the provided wage since the top priority date. Your employer may use a yearly report, federal income tax return, or audited monetary statement to show a continuing capability to pay your wage.
Multinational Manager or Executive: Your U.S. company should file USCIS Form I-140, Petition for Alien Worker. As part of the application procedure, your company should be able to show a continuing ability to pay the provided wage since the top priority date.
