You might be eligible for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of amazing ability, are an exceptional professor or scientist, or are a specific international executive or supervisor. Each occupational classification has specific requirements that need to be satisfied:

- Evidence of receipt of significant prizes or awards for exceptional achievement
- Evidence of subscription in associations that need their members to show exceptional accomplishment
- Evidence of released product in expert publications composed by others about the alien's operate in the academic field

Application Process

Outstanding Professors and Researchers: Your U.S. company need to submit a Type I-140, employment Petition for Alien Worker.
